When Massena Electric was created in 1981 there were many who were concerned that our reliability, rates and customer service would not be as good as our predecessors. It was a valid concern. Today, Customer Service remains a top priority at Massena Electric. Evidence of this is our reliability, which is among the best in the nation, and our rates, which are among the lowest in the state. Our friendly and courteous office staff is also available by phone or in person.
